Yes! Our kits come with everything you need to get started, and the process is easy to follow, even for beginners. The instructions are clear, and the tools provided make it a fun and simple experience.

3. What sizes of diamond paintings are available?

We offer a variety of sizes, from small beginner kits to large, intricate designs. You can choose based on your skill level and the amount of time you wish to spend on the project.

4. What materials are used for diamond painting?

Orders & Shipping

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, orders take 7-14 business days to arrive. If you select expedited service, delivery can be as fast as 3-5 business days.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please check our shipping policy for specific delivery times and any countries with restrictions.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

4. Do you ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses?

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please use a physical address for delivery.

Diamond Painting Kit Contents

1. What is included in a Diamond Painting Kit?

In addition to the canvas and diamonds, each kit includes a beginner tool kit with all the essential tools you need to get started.

2. How do I know which diamond goes in which spot?

Each canvas is pre-printed with color codes that correspond to the diamonds in your kit. Simply match the color of the diamonds with the code on the canvas to create your masterpiece.

3. What if I run out of diamonds?

We provide enough diamonds in the kit to complete the project. Below are the solutions for different situations:

  • Missing diamonds or incorrect colors
    If the order is missing diamonds or has incorrect colors, we’ll send replacements free of charge, including shipping.
  • Diamonds fall off or lose their shine
    If diamonds fall off after application or lose their shine, they will also be replaced for free with no shipping cost.
  • Large number of diamonds lost due to accidental spillage
    If a large number of diamonds are lost due to accidental spillage, we can send replacement diamonds for free once, but the customer will need to cover the shipping fee of $9.99.

Product Care & Usage

1. How do I store my leftover diamonds?

We recommend storing leftover diamonds in a small container or resealable bag to keep them safe and organized. This way, you can use them for future projects.

2. Can I frame my finished diamond painting?

Yes, once you finish your painting, you can frame it just like any other artwork! We recommend using a frame that fits your canvas size for the best presentation.

3. Can I add my own creativity to the diamond painting?

Absolutely! While the design comes preprinted, you can add your own artistic touch, such as extra embellishments, personal details, or even blending multiple kits for a unique creation.

Returns & Cancellations

1. What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free, no-questions-asked returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items, such as mystery boxes or limited-edition releases, are non-returnable, and this will be clearly stated on their product pages.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can typically be canceled as long as they haven't been processed. However, our system is automated, so the cancellation window is very short. If your order has already been processed, you will need to initiate a return.

3. Who pays the return shipping fees?

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the shipping cost.

4. Are there restocking fees?

No, we do not charge restocking fees on returns.

1. Do you offer gift cards?

2. What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please wait 2 business days as it might still be in transit. If it hasn’t arrived by then, please contact customer service for assistance. We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered, so we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
